I know that one or two on here do have a boat.

Many more have bait boats too.

There was a nice series of articles on Boat Fishing here on FM, I'll see if I can dig out a link.

yes mate, I have a 12ft sea strike and 4 hp mariner, a sportyak for baiting up and a half share in a 10ft sniper that I haven't used yet.

boat fishing provides access to so many areas where good fishing can be found that is beyond the reach of bank anglers. even anglers using bait boats cannot properly explore large waters or areas of river with no bank access.

great articles on "better boat fishing" by Eric Edwards although I coudn't find the 2nd and 3rd parts

I have a boat, it's a Stabicraft 389 fisher with a Yamaha 40 4 stroke fuel injected engine. I use it for mainly exploring the Waikato river.
