Ordered a new handle for one of my Shimano gte 5000b reels yesterday at 14.30 from Felindre Servicing, it arrived this morning, now that's what I call service.

Those guys really are tops.
I can remember ordering stuff and posting a cheque, the parts arrived sooner than the cheque arrived with them. They are a credit to themslves and a credit to Shimano.

It is so nice to hear of god service in this day and age as opposed to the many stories of the exact opposite.
