Hi there, firstly I'd like to say.thank-you to the.site's operators. I'm pretty new to carp fishing, been out about 20 times now. Aldecar lakes I can pull small carp out all day. Butterley res I have had roughly 8lb as my best so far. I really enjoy it and have learnt loads from this.great site. I'm looking for.a couple.of cheap, sh reels with baitrunners if anyone can help?? Thanks in.advance. Jimmy

Hi Jimmy and welcome,

I don't live very far from you mate, I live in Pilsley (my other half lives in Chorley!) I have fished Butterly many times but usually for Pike and I have had some great fish over the years, a great water...Or it used to be?

Anyway, enjoy the banter on here and dont be afraid to ask Questions, they are a great bunch (well most of them anyway!)
