The event is open to:

1. Full 'On' Licence holders for pubs, hotels, resturants, nightclubs etc.
2. Club Stewards holding the 'On' Licence
3. Off-License holders
4. Retired Licensees
5. Or the spouse of 1, 2, 3 or 4

Joe, there is no such thing as an "on" or "off" licence anymore, just a premises licence for the pub etc and a personal licence for those who wish to be authorised for the sale of alcohol or to authorise that sale by others.
