:)IF YOU WERE IN A POSITION TO BE ABLE TO INTRODUCE INTO LAW A NEW
LAW CONCERNING ANGLING WHAT WOULD THAT LAW BE?
CONSIDERING THE PRESSURES THAT OUR RIVERS AND WATERWAYS ARE UNDER CONCERNING POACHING I WOULD MAKE IT A MANDATORY SENTENCE
OF 12 MONTHS TO BE SERVED WORKING UNDER MILITARY SUPERVISION
CLEARING AND IMPROVING RIVER BANKS ETC AND IF APPLICABLE DEPORTED
AT THE END OF THE SENTENCE
AND AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS I DID NOT HAVE A PLANK OR FOR THAT
MATTER ANYTHING ELSE IN MY EYE.

As I've suggested before on this forum, poachers should be tied to a tree
and thrashed with the top section of a mark IV avon.

I'd write into law that all CEO's of companies were held personal accountable for pollution incidents Ie they were the one's in the dock. With a personal minimum fine on being found guilty of 25% of their annual salary for the first offence, rising by 15% for each subsequent offence after that.

A fine on the Company they work for of 10% of total turnover (first offence) rising by 5% thereafter for subsequent offences.
Watch the *******os clean up their act pronto on enactment of such a law.

All fines money raised to be ringfenced into a national fund for waterbodies improvements and enhancement

That would clear the banks by about 70%
