Its got abt 6-7 lakes, including a speciman lake, i fished lake 3 a few seasons back both carping and piking, lake 1 is (I think) for the younger fisherman and has a lot of silver fish in, most carp anglers head to lake 2 and 3, in the summer you can generally see the carp in the margins, i'd recomend margin fishing with a pellet. Can get busy at the weekend and holidays, worth a look during the week. Prices were abt same as Thorpe Lea - 12quid for 2 rods dawn til dusk.
