river dove 2013/14

first trip up to the dove last sunday, although only about 6 inchs up the river was really pushing through, had just 2 grayling best about 3/4lb and lost a good chub, all in all a bit slow. I've had some reports that the river around uttoexeter has been heavally targetted by east european anglers trough the summer and alot of fish have been taken, there has never been alot of fish there to catch so my experience last weekend may be all i can expect.
