A totally enthralling read Tony, all of us here at FM were totally devastated by your account of that fateful last session at Ferry knowing how much time and effort you have put into finding that one fish; your hurt really came through in the feature and we felt it too.

Don't let it get you down, 'that's fishing' and, perversely, that's why we love it. Roll on spring...

A really enjoyable read Tony.....and I almost felt the empty sickening feeling you no doubt experienced in your tummy as that fish came adrift.
