I'm not sure if I should say this, and I'm a poor judge of age, but they are both fine specimen's of their species.

Bringing glamour into fishing think fishing might become fashionable yet!

Rosie,

Please feel free to ignore the testosterone-charged comments above, show them a pretty face, or give them a whiff of the barmaid's apron and they go all silly.

That is a superb fish, virtually perfect, well done!

very nice fish and how refreshing to see a piccy that doesn't have some grubby old fart up to his knees in mud holding a gert big fish....or a depressed old man at a table.

You guys....

As Brummie intimated, I'm not sure it's a 100% kosher roach (we get a lot of very convincing hybrids in the Severn), but it's is a very pretty fish and put a massive grin on Rosie's face.

Rosie......ignore him, he has had loads of wives, has a place in Paris, and a castle in the south of England, but his comments about me being testosterone charged are way out.

Turbo.......more like! /forum/smilies/tongue_out_smiley.gif.........

A wonderful fish Rosie.

But in my opinion not a true roach.

The anal fin is too long, the lips the the fish are level with a tendency to turn upwards, and there is a pronounced notch in the rear lower abdomen. It also looks like the dorsal fisn is too far back.

What's going on in your family Jim?

When Rosie came down to see you that day and I was bleaking on the waggler, she had no interest in the fish at all. lol
