Couln't beleive it when we found it - and hardly fished on our local club book. Couldn't stop catching for four trips. Every time twenty seconds, they shot out from an under-cut, and you were in. Had a monster chub out there also. And......just as we thought we had legally found paradise. I very nice farmer lady, said she was sorry but we were a firld out and on her land!!! Oh well, least we got to fish it.
Dic and I had a similar spot on the Teme ten years ago, got to fish it all to ourselfs for a couple of seasons. And, well we were young, never took pics, never weighed fish. But, maybe you need some time on the river like this. when it's all about the next fish, not weight of the next fish.
