I am afraid I cannot comment on the Power Porter, but I can comment on the general quality and build of the Carp Porter kit. I am very impressed with my Carp Porter, it is well made and the features well thought out, would generally recommend.
The thing that has always concerned me about the Power Porter is how easy is it to collapse and lift into the boot of your car/van. No point saving your back carting your kit to a swim if you are going to screw it up lifting the barrow in or out of your car.
