I have also seen adverts in the angling press for fishing holidays where there is no location given. It does make a big difference.:)

At a guess, it's probably in England somewhere.......Still, the lack of a location makes it more exciting..... doesn't it?

Perhaps Redmire has changed it's name!!

Now you're talking! My mum-in-law lives in Wigan Lane Standish (nr Wigan) so might be a place for a cast or two during an extended visit....

ps I've asked the wife, but needless to say she has never heard of 'Spring Lane'.....................what a surprise!!

wayne46...I've sunk a few pints of the local hooch made by Prospect Breweries which used to be brewed in Wigan road......Nice drop of beer IMO!
