spod mix help

cananybody give me some good spod mix ideas and amounts, for day sesions or two day sesions

amounts? no idea - depends on conditions, amount of fish in the water, nuisance roach, beam and tench (i just hate them) whether they are feeding or not, etc,etc,etc. just remember you can put it in, but its a tad more tricky to take out....

a mix of pigeon conditioner, a bit of hemp, crushed tigers, a bit of maize, pellet powder and some mived sizes of pellet should do it for a "loose" mix.

i use rolled oats hemp pellets and rock salt

to be honest, it really doesn't matter what you use, if they are feeding, they'll eat it - they are aqua pigs......
