Does your rig putty move

When fishing pop ups do you have to move your putty as it slides down the hooklink if yes then try this. I use 15lb power gum an tie a stop knot on your hook link cut both ends as short as you can then move it where you would normally put your putty, now mould your rig putty around the stop knot and hey presto it wont move ever again. It does work as I use do this everytime I fish with pop ups. Tight lines to you all
