Blown off and pi**ed off

Been speaking to a few of my friends who sea fish mainly boat and none of them have managed to get out since late December mainly channel venues and the Thames estuary has so much fresh water in it they reckon Southend is worth a go for chub. Best I have heard is of a few roker off the crouch in early January. Suffolk beaches very quiet when you can fish them. How are things in your part of the country. The secretary of one sea club said to me there are plenty of ex charter boats going cheap on ebay..

Apart from the usual small stuff this time of year, a lot of roker are being caught from the shore in Kent the last few weeks. Spring is here

I reckon a few boats will get out over the next few days in the south east.
