Hi all , my names Dan used to fish a little up to abot 18 then stopped just starting again now 28 from nottinghamshire ???

Hi, I am a newbie to FM too. I just moved to Scratby near Norfolk Broads.

I bought EA Licence, some rods & tackle on ebay and want to start fishing again after nearly 40 years away. Originally from N. London I used to ride a bike to fish as a kid on the Grand Union Canal & R. Lea so not experienced or equipped to catch the big fish on commercial lakes.

I would like to fish on Filby & Ormseby Broads as they are reasonably close by but cant find any info on the internet about bankside fishing - can anyone here on FM give me info on accessible locations as I had 2 new knee joints last year so anything more than 400m from a car park is difficult? Thanks.
