charter boats in north west

Does anyone know of any charter boats operating in the north west. i am thinking of going in august, any ideas what is caught then. Ideally we would need someone who doesnt mind beginers and has rods and reels to hire. (Although I have some tackle not enough for the whole family). I have lots of shore fishing experience but not much on boat charters in this country. Any help would be gratefully received.
