Hi gents (and ladies?)

I'm new to the site so thanks for having me **tips hat**.

I consider myself an all rounder but in my mind you cannot beat flinging a lure in to a river or canal flash! I pole fish year round and pike fish when I'm not .... I have modest PB's where tench and carp are concerned but I'm hoping to beat my 29.06 pike PB at some stage this year!

I'm here to see what you lovely people have to say about our shared passion of fishing. You can teach me a thing or two I'm sure and I hope to pitch in with a few experiences of my own.

Welcome aboard Taff, good to see another lure chucker, but my you have set yourself a challenge to improve on your current pb. but good luck to you mate.

Thanks gents. I have to admit Derek, the PB pike was caught on a deadbait. Albeit a lovely fish and one I hope to better if only by half an ounce ha-ha

Best of luck trying to improve your pb Pike, personally I've given up trying, I find its easier on the mind :D
