£60 FINE!! Okay so they lost their boats, big deal. If this was a commercial enterprise which is what the EA are saying, the cost of the boats is irrelevant.

Hang them from Tower Bridge (bet Corker didn't see that either) with a stringer through their noses.

Until this country gets it's judiciary operating the way the people really want, these guys, their friends, the local chavs and Gordon Brown are getting away with a gentle slap on the wrist instead of banged up for long stretch. /forum/smilies/wink_smiley.gif

The very simple solution is...............,if they are guests of this country, and they commit any crime, and are found guilty, then they shall be returned to their own country and shall not be allowed to return here !!!.

Spoke through a translator despite being hard working here for a number of years?

Twaddle, of course they speak English , and I'm surprised that a small dinghy and outboard motor would cost them £4000. Another unscrupulous (legal aid?) lawyer.Deport and ban re-entry. People like this have buggered up too many fisheries.

Trouble is if you deport them, they'd be back next week with a new name and passport.

Loads of convicted Yardies, thatwere deported back to Jamaica, came back to the UK within weeks, under assumed names.

What would be preferable would be if we tatooed "Deported from UK" across their forehead, then they can not pretend to be someone else.
