Any member have any idea of tourt fisheries in a 25 mile radius of louth, lincolnshire.

Toft Newton is an excellent water. The fish a top quality and it's not expensive.

Toft may be a bit of a concrete bowl but you soon forget that when you get a nice overwintered rainbow on the end.

In early season, a booby on a fast sinking line twitched up the edge of the concrete will catch you plenty on a good day if you like that sort of thing.

Personally I prefer fishing with buzzers (midge pupa) a long leader and a floating line. This seems to bring the best of the overwintered fish.

Thanks ron,I should be moving to that areain the summer to live,so im trying to find out all i can of fisheries in the area.
