Not fished for about 7 years now but fortunately I kept all my gear, anyhow as it happens it appears our 12 year lad old has caught the fishing bug and after going with him to show him the ropes ( you never lose it) I find myself falling off the wagon again.

So I've treated him to a John Wilson Avon rod which should serve him well, and I reckon if he only has half the fun I've had since I started fishing, he's in for a proper treat.

Its good to be back on FM and even more so back fishing again.
