Hi guys been living in Scotland for 9 years, almost 10. Have been fishing the river eden most of the time in fife. Going to have a look at loch clunie near Blairgowrie perhaps to get some pike fishing in during the winter any ideas about the place. Anyone fished it recently?

sorry can't help you with your inquiry as I have only ever fished the river
annan in Dumfriesshire for brown trout back in the late 70's.

I've actually been into Dundee once.......and it was very sunny.:cool: I like that main road down into the city with the electricity pylons on the central reservation.:eek:

Most times I bypass on the way to rellies in Angus and Aberdeen:w

Thanks for welcome guys. Been into perthshire twice first time just a jack about 4lbs second time blanked. Very shallow in margins ruling out plug and lure fishing, also float fished deadbait ledgered sprat only run. No joy yet on herring or sardine. Thinking about trying something they may not have come across, calamari squid. What do you think?
