Hi I am a new student studying engineering at the university of west England (UWE), Bristol. I would love to find other students in Bristol who are equally mad about angling, and would maybe like to try fishing some of the local waters with me. Its a shame UWE doesn't have an angling society because i'm sure i'm not the only angler, anyway would love to hear from people!

Start a society bud...when I was at Uni you only needed a handful of people to form a society and then you got support / funding etc. I am sure that there are much more obscure / weird / offessive (in some cases) societies....
