if you like rivers get on the river thames around Richmond most of it is free fishing aswell big bags bream plenty of carp and it can be fished at night

I like fishing all. I go clapham common every now and then. And i tried a small stretch on the river cray, but didng catch anything, but ill take maggots next time

you get down to your local tackle shop they
will put you on the right tracks ask about clubs near to you so you can go
an have a good look around tight lines

There's a thread on here about Keston Ponds, worth a try, but the semi-tidal Thames is a great stretch of water.

Above Richmond half lock through to Teddington Weir. It's a big stretch of water, have a look on
Thames Anglers' Conservancy
Thames Anglers' Conservancy, they are great people, loads of info on the Lower Thames.
