Does anyone know if there is a way to get notification of water releases into the river from the upstream reservoir?

Attempts to get notices / plans / policies on releases from other waters in Wales have fallen on deaf ears! The only place I've heard of notice being given was the White Water Canoeing centre on the Trweryn near Bala - and that was for paddlers!
