I did tell my grandson I would take him fishing next time an as I went to see him today the first thing he said was GRANDAD how many sleeps till we go fishing not one to let him down I said only 4 as I am on annual leave he is having a day of school now how many sleeps till any one out there goes out fishing again martin/caelan

For me it will be about 25 "sleeps" as I don't target coarse fish in the Close Season but can hardly wait for the Trout on my local parts of the Hampshire Avon.

They will keep me more than happy until late July or August when my coarse rods will come out to play next.

I've no idea when I'll next get out. I've got to do a bit of work to fund my tackle addiction and near full time angling for the rest of the year. The next few months I will mostly be too busy or too knackered to go fishing.
