hurleys on the thames

hi guys
any one know this stretch on the river thames down in reading I am told
big bream water

Hurley is closer to Marlow than Reading. I used to fish there on the old Thames weir permit but this was many moons ago, a nice stretch but busy with boats most the year. Stood on the footbridge one evening just before dark one autumn and a shoal of fish passed underneath that just kept coming for about ten minutes, nothing big mainly small bream and roach but went to show how many fish were holed up in the lock cut.

Used to see Hugh Grant and Shane Warne down there but can't blame them for getting up Hurley in the morning :wh
