The FM rod.

Back in the day FM members had a consultation with Steve Harrison and eventually a rod design was commissioned available for forum members. It was, I believe 11' and 1.5 TC though I'm not certain.
Is anyone here an owner and is the rod still in use? What did you use it for, was it the great all-rounder in the end?

The FM concept Rod was a sort of stepped-up Avon rod that could be used for just about anything as it was that versatile.

I still use mine form time to time for Chub fishing on the Hampshire Avon or indeed Bream and Tench fishing on my local lakes.

At the time they were about £99 but I think you can still get a copy from Harrison's but today at around £199 I think . . . . . . .
