fishing the teme

hi guys and gals,looking for some info please,looking to go on the river wednesday and wondered if i should go to the avon at pershore or the teme at bransford,any advice greatly recieved.

If the banks are steep at bransford like they are on other parts of the teme and given the current weather would say pershore from a safe fishing aspect if you are going alone

Fruitowl makes a very good point there. If you absolutely set on the teme then at least take a rope with you and use it...

I've only fished the teme a couple of times, but i would think it has come up massively in the last couple of days. Would have thought that the avon has dealt with the recent rain a little bit better, so that might be the better bet. Personally, whilst i'd always want to fish a river with some flow and colour, i do find that fishing the peak of the rise can be grueling. Others may feel different?
