Not used them myself but they seem to be quite a firm pellet once soaked, more suited to banding or hair rigging for feeder work as they seem to withstand a long chuck without coming off. For the pole I'd recommend the JPZ soft pellets which are jelly like. I have used these on the pole and caught fish but I wouldn't say they worked any better than other soft pellets on any given day. I use the 4m JPZ on a size 14 Drennan pellet hook or any fine gauge hook. They're a bit fiddly but once hooked (impaled on the hook) they stay on fine.

I've used them too on the pole and really din't notice any appreciable difference to any other soft pellet.

I reckon they catch more anglers than fish . . . . .

I have used their pellets and groundbaits in the past but haven't found the results to be any different any other bait. Still find my local farm shop bought baits as good as any other make.
