Booked the last 10 days of Sept. Not going anywhere, but wifey is . Which leaves me here for guilt-free fishing everyday all day.
So hoping to put in a serious campaign for something or other. One of my local waters contains a good head of fish with larger fish of most species present. Although it's by no means easy finding the b*ggers.
Question is , what should I target? Is that a bit too early for piking ?
Also booked 3 days on the Wye near Hay which WILL be all about Pike. More on that later.
