Don't know if it helps but there are two listed on abebooks.co.uk both hardback, very rare first editions, one at £195, one at £350 (signed by author)

Yes seen these, typical book sellers just making proffit ! i don`t mind paying a fair price but not being ripped off !

Fair comment - it's just not everyone knows about abebooks. Agreed the prices can be a bit steep.
