I don't livebait, and so non-fanatical a pike angler am I that my annual catch is usually about two, from a couple or three spinning sessions. I read this before part one, and had to go straight back to part one. Thoroughly enjoyed both.
Thank you for a pair of fine articles, and don't ever worry about boring anyone!

Wish I had the catches to warrant such a fine tale, and the talent to create such engrossing reading. Thanks.
Only omission as far as I could tell was the startling lack of product placement. At least for anything still on public sale.

Just read both features with a mug of hot choccy. Fabulous, mate. Splendid stuff, truly.

I'd love to read the inside line on that Norfolk trip, I'd bet that was a blast!!

Great stuff. :)

Nice one, Tony. That was your 'best'....now how about your 'biggest'! Keep 'em coming - nice reading!

Just read both articles. Enjoyed them a lot. Originally being a Cockney I can visualize the language as written phonetically in the articles.

Put on here at just the right time at the start of the traditional pike season.
