Yep, as you oldie poldies will have realised, its Gibbos famous title, but seriously where do we go, is it the carp carnival, Barbel busting, Bream never mentioned these days or Perch, a massive resurgence through the commies, or maybe the old Tench or Rudd, why is it that no one seriously targets these fish. Carp fever has set in and a lot of enjoyment has disappeared, campers with alarms, yep me too, but only because there is very little else apart from the odd estate and the river. I remember the days when i couldnt wait to read Alun Wilsons latest bream exploits on Queensford, or sunrise on June 16th at Sywell, are we so totally obssessed with one or two species now that everything else becomes a nuisance, i hope not, love to hear from tench and bream boys if there is any left.
