freezing tigernuts out a tin

My local tackle shop is selling growler tigernuts ready to use out a tin for £1 a tin.
Is it possible to freeze tigernuts ready to use ones in sealer bags as I only crush them up for my pellet mix and method mix?or will they go funny

Tiger nuts are OK to be frozen, they keep for ages. Good bait, use sparingly, they work well over a bed of wheat.
