Bradwell lake mkaa water

Early start for work has any one fished bradwell on the mkaa list going up there this sunday lots of info about it but its all a bit dated so not sure whats in there now so any help please would be great

Fished it a few times, not for 3-4 years though, although still get updates/news from MKAA via social media.

Quite a few pegs although access to a lot of water is limited by rushes. Some nice fish in there.....not sure what you are targeting. A few carp but more tench, bream and roach, all of which reach a good size. Can be weedy. Close to the river so rumours of otter issues.

Nice spot though, comfortable pegs...platforms closest to the car park. Heard a few stories about undesirables using the car park at night although it used to have a locked gate with combination padlock access, so worth checking and making sure you have that (if you are buying a day ticket).

I will be after the bream an tench the mkaa have put a lot of fish in here so I have read with a grant so must give it a try
