hi guy s any reviews on the okuma powerliner 865 ,this is a big pit but with a baitrrunner,wanna good reel for marker work cheers/forum/smilies/smile_smiley.gif

I bought some of these this summer, i have found them excellent reels, the action is good and smooth, not an expensive reel, but more than upto the job, I used them for carp fishing in france, they easily handled all that i could throw at them.

I liked the touch of the brushes on the side of the spool, stops the line falling behind the spool, simple but effective.

for 50 quid ( cheaper on line) they are a cracking reel.

Have been using two of them since they came out no complaints landed 56lbs sturgeon and 34lbs carp in France in September also use them for piking excellent reels to good to use for marker work...

this sounds good ,any probs with line clips as there plastic,and do they have a fold down handle cheers /forum/smilies/smile_smiley.gif
