I tried to contact Wychwood directly for some reel spares after losing a couple of washers from behind the spool of one of my Solace 10s. No reply, sadly, so I got in touch with Ted Carter, who then contacted Leeda directly and had the parts delivered FOC in just a couple of days. Top marks.
