Hi,
I have a couple of shimano baitrunner ST 10000 rb reels that are getting ready for needing a good service. The rear drag system has started to stick somewhat and has cost me a couple of decent fish recently.
I would really love to be able to service them myself, not only for cost reasons but for the satisfaction side of it too.
I already service the front drag system on my dl 4000 fb's and find it easy enough, but I have been told doing the rear drag system is far more complex, so I'm a bit apprehensive about opening them up and giving it a go.
Does anyone have any experience tinkering with the drag system on this type of reel? Is it really all that difficult?
Any feedback is much appreciated.
Thanks
Anthony
