I always tend to worry when the ATr 'backs water industry.....' - I worry that the b*ggers are upto something nefarious and ATr haven't spotted it - yet:eek:!

I also noticed this in the summary:
• Commitments to tackle current over-abstraction before the new regime comes into effect, including to conclude implementation of the Restoring Sustainable Abstraction programme and to address abstraction where it is preventing achievement of good ecological status under the Water Framework Directive.
