Rugby Tackle Update

I think it only right that I should report the delivery today of that box I ordered 3 or 4 weeks ago. I spoke to the card people only yesterday and they emphasised the fact that I should do nothing until either it was delivered or the cost refunded. They said they were looking into it and lo and behold it worked, it got them moving and as I would rather have the box than the money I am pleased with the outcome.

Would they have delivered anyway? Somehow I think not considering it was supposed to be a 2 day delivery service and only the power of the natwest card people have produced the desired affect.

At least you have a result. After the troubles l've had with a mail order with it being sent in parts then sending reels that didn't work l now buy at the shop.

I wonder if they would post a message on here as this must be bad publicity for them,which doesn't seem fair if it is all above board? Of course if the service is genuinely bad then thanks Graham for the warning.
