Cheers guys
Old git from Glasgow here, used to be a solid pike angler, but after some health issues Im only now getting back into fishing again.

I now have some memory loss to deal with, so that makes it interesting!
Its like being a newbie, but already knowing the knots, how to cast etc...LOL

So my apologies in advance for what may seem like a dodgy question from a 'seasoned' angler...

Aye John....Im looking at threatening some Perch for now.
I knew spot that was thick with them into autumn, but for winter Im thinking they will drop back into deeper water.

My wife found a bound set of the old 'Fishermans Handbook' today, so even looking at those is like re-learning the game and adding what bits I do remember?

Im also trying not get trapped into what I 'think' I remember, theres a large loch locally, fished it for years. But from the new standpoint Ive been fishing it all wrong!! :confused:
