It as a bit of a struggle with my back setting up but once sat in my chair I enjoyed a nice 4 hours fishing getting some nice roach

The packing up was another struggle but at least I got to fish

Any fishin's good fishin' as the saying goes although come to think of it that could be lovin' or women'

Either way a day out in the sun by the bank is going to mend any aches and pains quicker than staying indoors
