Maggot clips

Does anyone on here use maggot clips ?. Bit confused on their sizing. The seem to come in ex-small, small, med, large and ex-large. Can you tell me what sizes would fit 10 and size 6 hooks. My local shop hasn't any in stock and i can get them cheaper off the net.
My other question is has anyone use flavouring on their maggot ?. What seems the best you have tried for river fishing.

I use small or medium and can get around 8-12 maggots on a clip
Small Size Approx. - 11mm- Medium 14mm- large 16mm
