Wombwell dam if anyone is familiar?
I had a drive there today. Green gate was locked, some logging going on in the area. All the decking around pegs has gone, and there was sh*t everywhere. Empty cans and beer bottles, empty spam tins and sweetcorn cans numerous plastic packets hook to nylon packets etc... And a few spots of charred ground. Didn't look very good at all. I went to fish it but with gate being locked wasn't walking all way down with my gear. Anyone know the guys who own or run it? Anyone know if it's actually open?
Or shut while logging work is completed with eyes on renewing pegs etc..
