Hiya all.

First time on a forum so bear with me if I'm doing it wrong.

Returned to angling after a long break whilst the kids grew up and how things have changed. New techniques and hi tec material but loving the journey of rediscovery.

I'm currently honing my skills on commercials and club lakes and using a Drennan match rod and carp feeder. Both lovely bits of kit. Not sure where this journey will take me but hopefully this forum will inspire me.

Welcome. I grew up in Dagenham which was Essex but has been swallowed up by London.
Have you tried The Chase now re named Bar Dag I believe. Its a lot more picturesque than it used to be. Near Rush Green.

The main differences between this Forum and the Facebook-based fishing groups is:
- generally posters on this group are politer!:D
- you've got a historic search facility - that works (most of the time) - and you can check previous replies to questions you might want to ask!:eek:
