Rather new to fishing, just started going a few weeks back. Started at the whitby pier spinning for mackerel (Got 14 in total) and now I'm hooked. (No pun intended)

Looking to join a UK fishing forum and stumbled upon this community. Hi my name is Jack and I am from the West Yorkshire area, hoping to find some advice on here on good gear for beginners and placed to fish around my area.

Curreent set up is a Prorex spinning rod-8ft - 20-60g and a shimano technium fd reaal-4000
