What, the New Years resolution of course.
Not something I usually subscribe to but, I'll make an exception this year, simply due to the fact that I recently discovered a water that has been neglected for some years, and saw evidence of the kind of Perch that really got me hot under the collar. So I've made a firm resolve to get one in the net, I'm fired up at the prospect.
Have you made one?

To get off my backside and really try out the river fishing in our major rivers (Bangladesh) which average over a kilometre in width, but people regularly fish and catch cyprinids and siluroids in them. Also get myself into the Himalayan foothills for a golden Mahseer.

I made a new year resolution many years ago and I have stuck to it to this day.

It was to not make any more new year resolutions :wh

I asked this young woman at my gym what her New Year’s resolution was going to be. She said "f**k you", so I'm pretty excited about the upcoming year!
