Does anyone know if the 1.75 and 2.25 definately use the same butt sections?

If so I may try to contact daiwa about a second set of top sections to cover all situations.

I have 2 x 2 1/4 and happy to measure them if this helps. I have the 2010 version and the later 16, au.
