Hooks

Hi guys
I know hooks are mostly down to personal opinion as I have used kamasan for a long time.
I have been give about 20 assorted pkts of Matrix carp baggers and carp riggers hooks and was just thinking if anybody had a opionion are they any good or not. Your opinion would be appreciated.

probably never used them like me. Being a tight wad I would use them and unless they were no good I would use them till they ran out.:wh

Sorry,but the way I operate is I tend to stick with the patterns I like,until they cease to be made or I find faults,if you want to try loads of patterns to find the perfect hook then sadly chances are a lot of fish will be lost.

I have heard good reports about them, but I have never used them, I have used Fox hooks in the past, which as far as
I am aware matrix is the match side of Fox now, my preferred hooks are Tubertini 808, kamasan F1 911, and guru qm hooks.

I never knew that. The Matrix should be OK then.
